Standard documents: USD 24.95 per page of the source document. Vehicle export certificates: USD 29.95 per certificate. Documents that are unusually long, handwritten, or non-standard are quoted individually before you commit to the order.
Volume discount: 10% off the total for 3 or more documents in one order, 15% off for 5 or more.
All prices are stated and charged in US dollars. The full price of your order is confirmed by email before payment.

Expedited 24-hour turnaround: USD 14.95 per page of the source document.
Notarized translator’s affidavit (required for IRCC (Canada) and some other authorities): quoted individually and confirmed by email before payment. The quote covers the sworn affidavit, the notary fees charged by the Japanese notary public office, and international postage of the signed original. Notarized orders take 1–2 weeks.
There are no other shipping or handling fees. Standard deliverables are sent by email.
If your card is not denominated in US dollars, your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your issuer, not by us.
- Accepted payment methods
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal, processed through our payment providers (Stripe or PayPal). No account of any kind is needed to pay by card.
Bank transfer is available for business customers on request.
- Payment period
All orders are prepaid. Payment is due when you accept the quote, and card payments are charged immediately. We begin work after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery times
Standard delivery is within 48 hours, measured from the later of (a) confirmation of your payment and (b) our receipt of complete, legible source documents. Expedited delivery is within 24 hours on the same basis. Turnaround is measured in calendar hours, including weekends.
Deliverables are sent by email as a PDF and an editable Word (docx) file, together with a Certificate of Translation Accuracy.
- Exchanges & Returns Policy
Before work begins: full refund on request.
After work has begun but before delivery: refund of the portion of the fee corresponding to undelivered documents.
After delivery: if the translation contains a material error and we fail to correct it within a reasonable time after you notify us, we refund the fee for the affected document.
Errors in a delivered translation — a mistranslation, omission, or typo — are corrected free of charge at any time.
Acceptance of a translation is at the sole discretion of the receiving authority. Rejection by a receiving authority is not, by itself, grounds for a refund, except under our acceptance guarantee: if USCIS, UKVI, or the Australian Department of Home Affairs rejects a submission because of the translation or the certificate, we redo it free of charge, and refund the translation fee for the affected document if it is rejected again for the same reason (Terms of Service, Section 7).
